| Here's a photo I took of an awesome storm approaching Winnipeg in July 1987. Classic shelf cloud is protruding out from the storm with strong inflow/updrafts clearly seen sweeping up into the cell. Probably one of the most dramatic looking storms I've ever seen.. The storm produced a tornado (F1?) in the south end of Winnipeg. Photo taken looking SSW.. storm approaching from the west. | |
