With December approaching... the November 2011 weather summary will be released soon from the university of Waterloo containing November's precip summary which will certainly be above average. Jan-Oct was already at the fourth wettest start to the year on record for the city of Waterloo.

November totals are out landing in at 106.6mm in Waterloo. That puts us at 1048.7mm for the year and in 3rd place for wettest year on record.
December would have to have over 140mm of precip to break the all time record...which is unlikely to happen.
