Default Sept18/2010 New york, 100 MPH wind storm causes a fatality

***THIS WAS ON THE 16 not 18***

This storm caused a lot of damage and killed a person in their car when a tree fell crushing them. The storm moved in as you can see very fast, I hate to sound harsh but this person would had lived if they paid more attention to the sky and had more knowledge about what to do around severe storms..... I personally think severe weather safety should be mandatory teachings at all schools as it would save countless lives in the states especially.
