Fairly strong tstorm passed through here just after 9am. Nice dark line of tstorms crossed over from the NW. Heavy rain, strong thunder, moderate lightning. Nice way to wake up!

Not a heck of a lot... Short bursts of heavy rain, lightning and thunder sporatically. Nothing too severe. It was a fun way to start the day though. I made the mistake of chasing the front line towards fort erie though and didnt make it back to the falls in time to catch the cell behind it. I watched it go right over niagara falls as i was racing back down the QEW haha.

Woke up to a nice longer, very loud/active thunderstorm this morning. Wish it was a tad darker. The thunder shook my entire house near the end of it.

Thanks Deeon! (More of a shelf cloud / roll cloud - a wall cloud is a distinct lowering from a defined base). Good shots!

I got to watch a spectacular lightning show on the horizon last night from those storms down in Extreme SWON. Some flashes were big enough to almost light up the entire night sky. Those storms must have been 100-150km away. Not the first time this has happened... on many occasions, including one during the day, I've watched lightning from storms in western New York and also over Lake Huron/Lake Simcoe regions or further.
