They should ditch both.
Use a S (size) scale for the size and measured wind speeds if they are measured, and a D scale on damage (if any).

Sunday June 24 Potential
Not a huge day, but tomorrow certainly could bring some decent storms to southern ontario. A corridor of up to 1750j/kg and good shear and a nice 500mb jet coming in we could get some action.
