Does anybody have experience with a home weather station or rain gauges?

If so what type? and how do you like them?

Most of the cheap ones you get as in CdnTire are junk. My father had one and its temperature and humidity were way off.

There's lots to choose from.

I've heard good things about the Davis models. : http://www.forthebirdsnatureshop.ca/store/product.php?productid=16747&cat=354&page=1

Ideally it would be nice to have one that has wireless and can sync the logs directly to your PC.

... or connect to your wireless router and keep send the results straight to the web.
