Lake breeze effect finally showed its face around London producing some near stationary storms in the area that had some rotation as well

This was the first updraft to get going in London. It wasn't even showing up on radar yet but I new it was going to produce because even though it looked small in this pic there was at the time some pretty decent lift in the base and the updraft was growing fast. So I decided to check it out.

Here it is when I decided to go tot he SE side of town

I drove to the southern area of town to check it out here are some pics along the way and where I decided to stop.

This was on the way, rotation was already occurring with some vertical motions to match.
I was near the western fair here

These are form the SE side of town looking ESE I think. There was all kinds of chaotic motion and rotation

I then headed back home to get an upper view and the storm was much larger now but lost its nice look form before

Now a second cell came through and had some nice rotation to it and great LP structure. There was decent rotation in the base and little fingers would briefly form and disappear now and then.

Notice the clear slot cutting into the mid section

Good rotation in this area

It weakened fast, a darkened shot to show the updraft off

and the core it was feeding from

This is a shot of a storm later that was messy but looked interesting and was nearly stationary
