In today's ec outlook says storms
Forming along areas of lake breeze convergence. When they say this does it mean the corridor between the lakes where two lake breezes converge to the southwest or any area there is a lake breeze in the province at it's boundary...or both?

Not too sure, but here is the AFD from WFO Toronto:

1. TODAY AND TONIGHT..THE HEAT..HUMIDEX ADVISORY AND SMOG ADVISORY
CONTINUE ACROSS SRN/ERN ONTARIO AS THE VERY STRONG SURFACE AND UPPER
RIDGE REMAIN FIRMLY ANCHORED OVER THE AREA. HOWEVER IN CONTRAST TO
YESTERDAY'S COMPLETELY CAPPED SCENARIO FORECAST SOUNDINGS CONTINUE
TO SUGGEST THE POSSIBILITY OF ISOLATED AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SRN/ERN ONTARIO WITH LAKE BREEZE CONVERGENCE
BEING THE MAIN TRIGGER. WITH SHEARS ALOFT BEING LIGHT..AND WITH
SYNOPTIC SUBSIDENCE UNDER THE UPPER RIDGE STILL FORECAST..EXPECT ANY
TSTMS THAT TO FORM TO BE BRIEF WITH LOCAL HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND PULSE
OUT QUICKLY. CONVECTION INDEED MAY HAVE QUITE A DIFFICULT TIME
GETTING GOING AGAIN THANKS TO THE SUBSIDENCE..BUT IT DOESN'T APPEAR
TO BE QUITE AS STRONG AS WAS THE CASE ON MONDAY.

Looks like the answer is both. First the rain along the 401 from markham road to 404 and down in Hamilton then the big long lasting storm still going north of London. At the 401 and 404 there were nice clouds popping To the west of the first rainstorm of the afternoon
