Winter storm warning for
Niagara Falls - Welland - Southern Niagara Region continued

Heavy snow and blowing snow tonight and into Friday morning.

This is a warning that dangerous winter weather conditions are imminent or occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.

A winter storm developing over the eastern seaboard is expected to intensify as it moves northward. This storm will spread snow to Southern Ontario today tonight and into Friday. Light snow is expected to increase its intensity through the day today with the bulk of the snow falling tonight. The snow is expected to taper off by Friday morning.

A total snowfall amount of 15 to 25 cm is expected by Friday. Strong north winds gusting up to 70 km/h are likely to produce blowing snow reducing visibility and causing hazardous driving conditions.

Quite a bit! I spent about 1.5hrs shovelling the driveway (up to about my knees in parts - mostly drifted snow). But it was that REALLY HEAVY wet snow... GRR.

But as for accumulation on lawns and whatnot (non-drift) probably around 10cm.
