JUNE 17th, 2002 - LARGE HAIL FROM SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
Nice but brief storm at 2:10pm produced some pea-sized hail mixed in with the rain. First hail I've seen this year. Reportedly, the OPP said "large hail" was forcing cars to pull over and stop on the highways. Severe thunderstorm warning was issued as (reported) dime-size hail fell for 15-25 minutes, covering the ground in areas.
